Veteran-led trading is not about uniforms or backstories. It is about applying mission planning to a trading day: clear objective, defined risk, planned exit, and an after-action review when the bell rings.
This cluster reframes the trading day as a sortie. You brief before the open. You execute the plan. You debrief after the close. You do not invent a new mission mid-flight because something looks tempting on a chart.
If you have a military background, much of this will be familiar terminology applied to a new domain. If you do not, the framework still applies: it is just disciplined process. Either way, the goal is repeatable, boring, durable execution.
